昨日の一日中降る雨、ザーザーぶりというのは違うか。それ以上だったな。
岐阜に抜ける安房トンネルは通行止めになるし、白骨線も2つある道の片方が通行どめに
大変なことだった
そんな中、市内に買い出しにでかけたのですが、運転中も前は見えにくい。駐車場から店に入るまでに濡れる。こんな日は、おうちでまったりが一番だ。
朝になれば、ばっちり晴れ。お庭の草木は、お水もらって生き生き。
その横で雑草たちも生き生き。草抜き時間を作らねば。

今週末用にあく抜き。
そして残りは塩漬けにした。初塩漬けにチャレンジ。塩漬けというだけあって、大量の塩が思ったよりも必要だった。勉強になりました。
これで春がおわっても、ワラビを夕食にだすことができる。お楽しみに～。
